Amano TimeGuardian Zone Differential Module provides the ability to configure premium pay rules based on time of the day worked. For each rule defined, the module provides multiple time windows, multiple awards and multiple qualification rules. Usually, premiums are given to employees working overnight or on special schedules. (Additional hours/dollars, setting labor levels, changing rates based on time worked are some examples.)
